ROAL Quality Assurance is built on dedicated resources assigned to specific customers and products. These resources are tasked with monitoring performance vs. established targets and to solve any quality related concerns. Education, awareness and assessment are essential to becoming an energy and environmentally responsive company. ROAL embraces this responsibility through our commitment to assist our Customers in meeting their compliance obligations under the terms and conditions of the RoHS Directive (European Community Directive 2002/95/EC dated January 27th 2003, Deadline: July 1, 2006).
In support of this environmentally sensitive initiative, ROAL offers two value-added services:
- design and manufacture of fully ROHS compliant products
- re-engineering and manufacture of consolidated products into fully RoHS compliant products
